“Having been on this journey with you, the journey involving caregiving and taking care of yourself. It has allowed me to take the time to recognize that I truly needed to take care of myself if I wanted to be a good caregiver. Little things that you don’t even realize that you say to me, has allowed me to set healthy boundaries for myself.
