The connection to thoughts and words are often overlooked. Words are the core of our communication with ourselves and others. Words are “power tools.” Each word used initiates an act of manifestation. Words are a declaration of the thoughts — typically what is desired.
Once understanding occurs, a restorative change can begin to heal adjusting negative thought patterns. A different reaction and outcome can manifest. In other words change your mind to become aligned with your true essence.
I say fear because that is the bases of all things that create a negative reaction.
