Gift Ideas for a Meaningful Christmas
How many more days until Christmas? I hope you’re enjoying the holiday season. It can be a wonderful time; celebrating with family and friends. It can also be stressful when the to-do list is long, and free time is in short supply.
To help, I found a few gift ideas that are perfect for a family member, best friend or even for yourself. My goal is to help you make Christmas, the days and weeks that follow, stress-free.

The book is available in bound or electronic form. The companion journal is a great addition to a lovely self-care gift.

I love this oil and use it to aid in relaxation and a good night’s sleep. Add a sleep mask or neck pillow for the person who travels, or needs a little extra help to unwind.

The Meditation Process for Beginners – 2 Disc CD set
Included in this Two Disc series is an instructional CD that will help the beginner become comfortable with the process of meditation
Disc One Covers:
- how to establish a discipline
- what physical and breathing exercises will help prepare the body
- why affirmations and prayers are important
- what you may experience during the course of meditation
- There is no mystery to meditation. It is easy to learn.
Disc Two is a guided meditation to help you commit to memory the exercises for relaxation, a prayer, the prayer for protection, and affirmations to keep you focused.
You will have a period of 15 minutes of silence to stay in the connection you have made. You will then be lead out of the meditation back into the present moment.
