When you feel stressed, worried, and burned out how do you cope? You ignore it and tell yourself, “I can handle it”. The fact is you may think you’re handling it, but your body will tell you different, if not immediately, eventually.

If you think differently, you are in denial, fooling no one but yourself.

I pull out all of the stops to help you overcome anxiety and break out of stress by using all of my talents and skills such as my intuitive ability, aroma therapy and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to help remove and change patterns.
