Breathe for Balance

Here is “Breathe for Balance”. I have created this recording especially for you. I know this exercise will do wonders for reducing stress.

Your breath is typically not one of the things taken into consideration for reducing stress. We don’t even think about the stress decreasing power of our breath. It’s free and readily available at any time to help you feel better. You just have to approach it properly. So, begin using this exercise to reign in the damage of stress and guilt on your body.

This is one of the first steps you are taking to think differently about what it means to care for yourself.

If you find yourself hesitating or thinking twice about doing for yourself, the following is an Affirmation that will help change your resonance or way of thinking about Self-Care. 

Start with your arms extended out to the side at the height of your shoulders. As you speak the Affirmation, bring the arms slowly in until your hands are palm to palm in front of your heart. This declaration helps you to align your intellect with your heart for approval and balance.

Affirmation for Self-Care

 I hear my body calling for me to help it relieve some of the stress it feels. I answer the call of my body for self-care by taking time set-aside just for me. By allowing my body to heal and rejuvenate, I am honoring the Divine in me. 
Take a deep cleansing breath and feel the results of what you have just acknowledged, accepted and are taking action to do.
